2025 Firhouse Confirmation Registration Form Scoil Treasa

To be completed by the Parents / Guardians of 6th class pupils attending Scoil Treasa.

Please read the accompanying letter before filling in below the details required for the Celebration of the Sacrament of Confirmation in the Parish of Firhouse in 2025. All Young Persons being presented for the Sacrament of Confirmation need to have been baptised a Roman Catholic. We will check the Baptism details if your child was baptised in the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Parish of Firhouse.

For children baptised in another Church, please forward a Scanned Copy or Photo of the Baptism Certificate by email (firhouseparishsaf@gmail.com) to Fr Peter / Parish Personnel or leave a copy of it into the Parish Office.

In some family situations, both parents / guardians may wish to 'Submit' a Registration & Request Form with your contact details. Please 'Submit' immediately.

The closing date to submit this Form is Friday 20th September 2024.

We are asking each family to contribute a donation of €20 to meet the running costs of the parish and administration involved in preparing for the celebration of the sacraments.
